| A verbal strategy used by managers to create a favorable self-image is rhetoric, which opposes integrity. The aim of the study is to design a managerial rhetoric model utilizing a descriptive-correlational research approach grounded in structural equation model (SEM). A total of 278 public school principals with more than five years of work experience were selected from a population of 1,007 principals in Sistan and Baluchestan Province using the Cochran sampling formula and simple random sampling. The tool used for gathering data was the managerial rhetoric survey. To analyze the data, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and structural equation model were conducted using SmartPLS software. The results of the factor analysis indicated that the factor loading for each construct is satisfactory and the questionnaire possesses suitable validity. Cronbach's alpha values ranged from 0.78 to 0.94, demonstrating good internal consistency across the study measures. The path analysis results indicated that causal factors (β=0.39, t=7.70, p=0.01), contextual factors (β=0.37, t=4.60, p=0.01), and intervening factors (β=0.14, t=2.032, p=0.05) each had a significant positive effect on the development of managerial rhetoric. The findings further revealed that managerial rhetoric had significant positive effects on individual (β=0.58, t=11.64, p=0.01), organizational (β=0.49, t=9.22, p=0.01), and social (β=0.51, t=10.70, p=0.01) outcomes. The results indicated that the choice of managers ought to rely on ethical criteria, expertise, management abilities, work experience, and managerial reputation, rather than on party and political connections. | ||
