| چکیده | ||
| This study develops a configurational framework to explain how pro-environmental behaviour, workplace well-being, and organisational justice jointly shape the quality, authenticity, and SDG alignment of corporate sustainability reporting. Using a qualitative-dominant meta-synthesis based on Sandelowski and Barroso, a systematic search of Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Magiran, and SID (2020–2026) identified 32 relevant studies based on predefined quality and relevance criteria. Inter-coder reliability of the extraction and coding process was confirmed using Cohen's Kappa, employed here as a quality-assurance mechanism rather than as a quantitative synthesis technique. Thematic analysis through open, axial, and selective coding revealed five categories and 12 concepts: pro-environmental behaviour (voluntary, contextual, HRM-supported), workplace well-being (hedonic, eudaimonic), organisational justice (distributive, procedural, interactional), SDG-aligned sustainability reporting (SDGs 3, 8, 10, and 13; GRI 302, 403, 405), and contextual factors. The findings suggest that specific configurations of psychological and organisational conditions are connected to reporting quality, with interactional justice appearing particularly salient in high power-distance contexts such as Iran. The study contributes by advancing an interpretive, meta-synthetic framework that integrates behavioural and justice-related antecedents of sustainability reporting an area that has received limited attention in prior research. It also identifies key gaps, including limited attention to organisational justice, underrepresentation of non-Western contexts, and a lack of longitudinal research. The framework offers practical guidance for organisational leaders, accounting professionals, and policymakers seeking to enhance the credibility and SDG alignment of sustainability reporting in Iran and comparable developing-country contexts. | ||
