| چکیده | ||
| برنامه جانشینپروری بهوجودآورنده چارچوبی است که ازطریق آن، سازمانها میتوانند به چالش مهم خلأ افراد متخصص و شایسته و افزایش نیاز به مدیران توانمند در سالهای آینده پاسخ دهند. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع و همچنین روند مسیر شغلی افراد و توجه اندک سازمانها به مربیگری جهت تقویت منابع انسانی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعدیلگر فرهنگ مربیگری در رابطه بین مدیریت مسیر شغلی و جانشینپروری انجام شد. روش انجام پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نوع مقطعی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را 218 نفر از سرپرستان و مدیران دستگاههای اجرایی شهرستان شیراز تشکیل دادند که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای– طبقهای، 136 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. دادههای مورنیاز توسط پرسشنامه جمعآوری و با استفاده از روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری در محیط نرمافزاری SmartPLS 3 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشانداد که مدیریت مسیر شغلی و فرهنگ مربیگری با جانشینپروری رابطهای مستقیم و معنادار داشته و با حضور فرهنگ مربیگری رابطه بین مدیریت مسیر شغلی و جانشینپروری تقویت میشود. | ||
