| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی و اولویتبندی شایستگیهای محوری مدیران و ارائه الگوی شایستگی انجام شد. روش این پژوهش برحسب هدف کاربردی و برحسب نوع دادهها آمیخته است؛ ارائه الگو در این پژوهش به روش کیفی فراترکیب انجام شد. با استفاده از روش فراترکیب 92 مقاله حوزه شایستگی مدیران مورد بررسی و میزان اهمیت و اولویت هر یک به کمک روش کمّی آنتروپی شانون تعیین شد. در راستای اعتباریابی مدل، پرسشنامه شماره یک طراحی و در بین جامعه آماری که که شامل 91 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان با سابقه ادارات تعاون ، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان سیستان و بلوچستان بود توزیع شد که برای نمونهگیری، از روش سرشماری استفاده شده است. بهمنظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی در محیط نرمافزاری 2 Smart PLS انجام شد. طبق یافتههای تحقیق شایستگیهای شناساییشده در این الگو در سه بعد فردی (نگرشی و رفتاری)، اجتماعی (آگاهی اجتماعی و مهارتهای اجتماعی) و حرفهای (مدیریتی، برنامهای و دانشی) دستهبندیشدهاند؛ در مرحله سوم پژوهش به منظور اولویتبندی ابعاد و مؤلفههای شایستگی به روش تحلیل شبکهای (ANP)، پرسشنامه شماره دو طراحی و در اختیار خبرگان قرار داده شد، نتایج حاصل از تحلیل شبکه ای نشان داد که ارتباطات مؤثر، تصمیمگیری و برنامهریزی در بین شاخصهای مدل پژوهش به ترتیب رتبههای اول تا سوم را دارا میباشند. | ||
