| چکیده | ||
| شواهد نشان میدهند که پایستگی برای دستیابی به هدفها در موقعیتهای پیشرفت، وجهی بنیادین، تلقی میشود. به دلیل عدم دسترسی به ابزاری قابل اعتماد برای سنجش این نیرومندی معطوف بر تلاشهای هدفمند در نمونه ایرانی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف انطباق و رواسازی مقیاس پایستگی انگیزشی در بین دانشجویان انجام شد. در این پژوهش همبستگی، 400 دانشجو (200 پسر و 200 دختر) که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند به پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی (زاژاکووا، لینچ و اسپنشادی، 2005)، نسخة کوتاه پرسشنامه هیجانهای پیشرفت (عبداللهپور، 1394) و مقیاس پایستگی انگیزشی (کنستانتین، هالمن و هاجباتا، 2011) پاسخ دادند. نتایج روش آماری تحلیل عاملی تاییدی از ساختار سه عاملی مقیاس شامل تعقیبهای هدفهای بلندمدت، تعقیب هدفهای کوتاهمدت و بازرجوع به سوی هدفهای محقق نشده، به طور تجربی، حمایت کرد. نتایج مربوط به همبستگی بین وجوه پایستگی انگیزشی با هیجانات پیشرفت مثبت و منفی و باورهای خودکارآمدی شواهدی در دفاع از روایی ملاکی این مقیاس فراهم آورد. ضرایب همسانی درونی زیرمقیاسهای تعقیبهای هدفهای بلندمدت، تعقیب هدفهای کوتاهمدت و بازرجوع به سوی هدفهای محقق نشده به ترتیب برابر با 87/0، 89/0 و 90/0 به دست آمد. در مجموع، نتایج این پژوهش، با تکرار ساختار عاملی مشتمل بر سه مولفة تعقیب هدفهای بلندمدت، تعقیب هدفهای کوتاهمدت و بازرجوع به سوی هدفهای تحقق نایافته، ضمن دفاع از اتقان خاستگاه نظری مقیاس پایستگی انگیزشی و همچنین، تدارک شواهدی مضاعف و ناظر بر مقبولیت مشخصههای فنی روایی و پایایی این مقیاس، استفاده از آن را برای اندازهگیری این خصیصة انگیزشی در دانشجویان ایرانی، مورد تاکید قرار میدهد. | ||
