| این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل محیطی موثر بر قلدری دانشآموزان در مدرسه، و با رویکرد تحلیل آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) انجام شد. بخش کیفی با رویکرد نظریهی زمینهای و با روش سیستماتیک، انجام شد. جامعه شامل کلیهی معلمان پایهی ششم و عوامل اجرایی مدارس ابتدایی در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بود و حجم نمونه تا حد اشباع نظرات، 12 نفر، تعیین و با روش هدفمند (معلمان و عوامل اجرایی دارای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری در رشتههای مشاوره و روانشناسی، حداقل 15 سال سابقه خدمت)، انتخاب و دادههای کیفی با کدگذاری سیستماتیک و نرمافزار MAXQDA2020 تحلیل شد. نتایج کیفی نشان داد 9 مقولهی "نبود آموزشهای مناسب، نبود جو حمایتی و ارتباطی، ساختار قدرت غیررسمی، عدم برخورد تخصصی با قلدری، پرورش شخصیت قلدر و قربانی، تخریب شخصیتی فرد قلدر، عوامل انسانی، ویژگیهای فیزیکی مدرسه، و ساختار و سازمان مدرسه"، از عوامل محیطی موثر بر قلدری هستند. روش پژوهش در بخش کمی، توصیفی-همبستگی و جامعه شامل دانشآموزان پسر پایه ششم ابتدایی شهر خوی در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 به تعداد 1117 نفر بود. حجم نمونه با جدول کرجسی-مورگان، 373 نفر تعیین و با استفاده از روش خوشهای یکمرحلهای، انتخاب شد. گردآوری دادهها با پرسشنامهی قلدری ایلینویز و پرسشنامهی محققساختهی عوامل محیطی موثر بر قلدری در میان دانشآموزان، انجام شد. تحلیل دادههای توصیفی و تحلیل مسیر با نرمافزارهای SPSS26 و AMOS26 نشان داد عوامل تعیین شده به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، قادر به پیشبینی قلدری در مدرسه و تبیین 9/70 درصد واریانس آن هستند. بر اساس نتایج میتوان گفت این مطالعه با شناسایی و معرفی عوامل زمینهای موجود در مدرسه که با قلدری در ارتباط هستند، به دانش موجود دربارهی قلدری در مدارس، غنای بیشتری بخشیده و با کنترل عوامل شناسایی شده در این پژوهش همانند ایجاد جو حمایتی و توجه به ویژگیهای فیزیکی مدرسه، میزان قلدری در بین دانشآموزان را کاهش داد. | ||
