| چکیده | ||
| مقاومت در برابر نوآوری، فعالیتهای آشکار و پنهان کارکنان و گروههای کار نسبت به تغییرات برنامهریزی شده سازمانی است. این پدیده مشابه مفهوم اینرثی در علوم تجربی یعنی تمایل اجسام برای حفظ حالت قبلی است. یکی از دستاوردهای مستند مدیریت رفتار سازمانی این است که سازمان و اعضای آن در برابر پدیده تغییر سازمانی، ایستادگی (مقاومت) میکنند. از یک دیدگاه این کار مثبت است و میتواند موجب ثبات و پیشبینی رفتار شود. اگر هیچ نوع ایستادگی در برابر پدیده تغییر وجود نداشت رفتار سازمانی میتوانست از ویژگیهای ویرانگر برخوردار شود. ایستادگی در برابر تغییر میتواند به صورت یکی از منابع ایجاد تعارض و اختلاف نظر در آید. ین تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر موانع روانی و عملکردی بر مقاومت در برابر نوآوری با نقش میانجی قابلیت مدیریتی و قابلیت نوآوری در شرکت پگاه ایران انجام گرفته است. تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی میباشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، کلیه مدیران شرکت پگاه در سراسر ایران به تعداد 340 می باشند که 181 نفر از آن ها با روش تصادفی ساده به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شده اند. جهت تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از شاخصهای آلفای کرونباخ، واریانس استخراج شده و پایایی ترکیبی و جهت تعیین روایی پرسشنامه از روایی همگرا و واگرا استفاده شده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در سطح توصیفی با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری اس پی اس اس و در سطح استنباطی از تکنیک آماری مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزار اسمارت پی ال اس استفادهشده است. نتایج به دست آمده تایید هشت فرضیه و عدم تایید چهار فرضیه را نشان می دهد. | ||
