عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت و ریسک سرمایهگذاری خطرپذیر: یک بررسی سیستماتیک | ||

| چکیده | ||
| این مرور نظاممند که مطابق با دستورالعملهای PRISMA انجام شده است، به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر ریسکها و موفقیت در سرمایهگذاریهای جسورانه (VC) میپردازد و با تلفیق یافتههای ۶۰ مطالعه داوریشده منتشرشده بین سالهای ۲۰۱۰ تا ۲۰۲۵، تصویری جامع از این عوامل ارائه میدهد. نتایج در چهار دسته اصلی شامل عوامل مرتبط با استارتاپ، عوامل بیرونی، عوامل مرتبط با سرمایهگذار و عوامل نهادی سازماندهی شدهاند. مهمترین عوامل موفقیت در صنعت سرمایهگذاری جسورانه عبارتند از: وجود تیم مدیریتی قوی، تخصص سرمایهگذاران جسور و راهبردهای نوآورانه کسبوکار. این مرور همچنین چالشهایی مانند مقررات سختگیرانه و فرصتهایی نظیر سیاستهای حمایتی را در بازارهای نوظهور، بهویژه بازار ایران، مورد بررسی قرار میدهد. توصیههایی متناسب با نوع بستر سرمایهگذاری جسورانه سنتی، شرکتی و پایدار برای سرمایهگذاران، کارآفرینان و سیاستگذاران ارائه شده است. عوامل مؤثر در چهار گروه دستهبندی شدهاند: عوامل مرتبط با استارتاپ (مانند کیفیت مدیریت و مدل کسبوکار)، عوامل بیرونی (مانند شرایط بازار و رقبا)، عوامل مرتبط با سرمایهگذار (مانند تخصص و اعتبار) و عوامل نهادی (مانند قوانین دولتی و هنجارهای فرهنگی). نتایج نشان میدهد که کیفیت تیم مدیریتی و دانش سرمایهگذاران جسور نقش کلیدی در کاهش ریسک و دستیابی به موفقیت ایفا میکند، اما محیط و قوانین حاکم بر بازارهایی مانند ایران اهمیت بیشتری دارند. استراتژیهای پیشنهادی این مطالعه قابلیت تطبیق با سرمایهگذاریهای شرکتی و استارتاپهای متمرکز بر پایداری را دارا هستند. این مطالعه به محدودیتهایی مانند احتمال عدم انتشار برخی پژوهشها و کمنمایی برخی مناطق اشاره میکند. پژوهشهای آتی میتوانند به بررسی واکنش صنایع مختلف به تغییرات سیاستی در بلندمدت بپردازند. در مجموع، این مقاله با گردآوری اطلاعات مربوط به روندهای جهانی سرمایهگذاری جسورانه، رویکردی نوین برای بهبود راهبردهای سرمایهگذاری ارائه میدهد. | ||
