| چکیده | ||
| رابطة گردشگری و فقر، همیشه مورد توجه محققان بودهاست. با این وجود، تحقیقاتی که چرایی و دلایل وجود فقرا در مناطق گردشگرپذیر را تبیین نمایند، اندک هستند؛ بهخصوص در ایران چنین تحقیقاتی بسیار نایاب بهنظر میرسند. بهمنظور تبیین این پدیده، در این بررسی تلاششد اثر توسعة گردشگری در شهر مشهد و مناطق پیرامونی آن مورد بحث قرارگیرد. روش تحقیق توصیفی و تحلیلی بود و دادههای مورد نیاز از نمونهای به حجم 600 خانوار از ساکنین مشهد و مناطق حاشیهای آن گردآوریشد. ابزار مورد استفاده برای گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامة محققساخته بود. این پرسشنامه، قبل از استفاده بهلحاظ روایی و پایایی مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفت. دادههای بهدستآمده از اینطریق، با روشهای آماری مختلف و منحنی لورنز مورد تحلیل قرارگرفت. نتایج نشانداد که بهطورکلی، مناطق گردشگرپذیری چون مشهد، میزان فقر مطلق بالاتری از میانگین ملی دارند. این درحالیاست که بروز فقر نسبی روند رو به کاهشی را طی نمودهاست. این شرایط نشانگر آن است که در مطالعة اثرگردشگری بر فقر، دو شاخص رشد درآمد و توزیع آن تأثیرات کاملاً متفاوتی بر فقرا دارند؛ از همینرو، رشد بخش گردشگری، از استمرار فقر و بقای فقرا در چرخة فقر جلوگیری میکند، اما آنچه شاخص فقر را بهبود میبخشد، توزیع دقیق و هدفمند درآمد حاصل از این بخش است؛ بنابراین، برای این که تأثیرات مثبت گردشگری افزایش پیدا نماید، ضررویاست تا برنامهریزیهای این حوزه متناسب با شرایط محلی صورتگیرد؛ چرا که با توزیع متناسب درآمدهای حاصل از گردشگری، نهتنها شرایط فقرا بهبود پیدا میکند، بلکه تأثیرات مثبت گردشگری افزایشیافته و پیامدهای منفی آن بهشکل قابلملاحظهای کاهش مییابد. | ||
