| چکیده | ||
| Copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO NPs) have emerged as versatile nanomaterials with significant potential in biomedical and environmental applications, primarily due to their remarkable antimicrobial, antioxidant, and catalytic properties. Various synthesis routes, including physical, chemical, and biological methods, have been explored to produce CuO Nano particls with controlled morphology, crystallinity, and functionality. However, conventional physical and chemical approaches are often expensive, energy intensive, and involve the use of toxic reagents that pose serious risks to human health and the environment. In contrast, biological or green synthesis represents a sustainable, eco-friendly, and economically feasible alternative that employs biological entities such as plants, bacteria, fungi, and algae as efficient reducing and stabilizing agents. This environmentally benign process enables the fabrication of nanoparticles with desirable physicochemical features and enhanced biocompatibility. The present review comprehensively discusses recent advances in the green synthesis of CuO nano particles, emphasizing plant mediated strategies and their potential biomedical applications. | ||
