| چکیده | ||
| امروزه یکی از مباحث چالش برانگیز جوامع وضعیت نابرابری جنسیتی و کیفیت زندگی زنان است، چراکه در اغلب کشورها کیفیت زندگی زنان در سطح پایینتری از میانگین جامعه قرار دارد. این در حالیست که سیاستگذاران به منظور بهبود سطح رفاه و بهرهمندی شهروندانشان از رشد و توسعه اقتصادی همواره دنبال ایجاد اصلاحاتی در ساختار اقتصادی خود هستند؛ درحالی که توجه اندکی به تأثیرات جنسیتی این اصلاحات معطوف شده است. کاهش اتکا به نفت یکی از این اصلاحات اساسی است که در کشورهای صادرکننده نفت همواره مورد نظر بوده است. اینگونه تغییرات ساختاری، به دلیل ایجاد دسترسی متفاوت برای زنان و مردان به فرصتهای شغلی، منابع و امکانات آموزشی و بهداشتی دارای تأثیرات متمایز جنسیتی هستند. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از رهیافت پانل دیتا اثر عبور از اقتصاد نفتی به سمت یک اقتصاد پیچیده را بر شاخص توسعه انسانی زنان در یازده کشور بزرگ صادرکننده نفت طی دوره 2003 تا 2021 بررسی میکند. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد، افزایش رانت نفتی، تأثیر منفی و معنادار بر شاخص توسعه انسانی زنان داشته است و شاخص پیچیدگی اقتصادی که به عنوان معیاری تکمیل کننده برای عبور از اقتصاد نفتی درنظر گرفته شده است، تاثیر مثبت و معنادار بر شاخص توسعه انسانی زنان دارد. لذا عبور از اقتصاد نفتی علاوه بر دیگر جنبههای مثبت اقتصادی به بهبود کیفیت زندگی زنان نیز کمک میکند. | ||
