| هوش مصنوعی (AI) بهعنوان یک فناوری دگرگونکننده، پتانسیل افزایش بهرهوری کل عوامل (TFP) را در اقتصادهای نوظهور داراست، اما تحقق این پتانسیل به شرایط زمینهای بستگی دارد. این پژوهش به بررسی این موضوع میپردازد که آیا تأثیر آمادگی برای هوش مصنوعی بر TFP بهصورت غیرخطی و مشروط به عبور از آستانههای مشخصی در ظرفیتهای مکمل، بهویژه کیفیت نهادی و سرمایه انسانی،است یا خیر. با استفاده از یک مدل رگرسیون آستانهای پانل (PTR) برای ۲۵ اقتصاد نوظهور در دوره زمانی 2020-2024 نتایج نشان میدهد که رابطه بین آمادگی برای هوش مصنوعی و بهرهوری، نامتقارن است. یافتهها حاکی از آن است که در کشورهایی که کیفیت نهادی و سطح سرمایه انسانی پایینتر از آستانههای برآورد شده قرار دارند، تأثیر آمادگی برای هوش مصنوعی بر TFP ناچیز و از نظر آماری بیمعناست. در مقابل، پس از عبور از این آستانههای حیاتی، این تأثیر بهطور قابلتوجهی مثبت و معنادار میشود. این نتایج بر اهمیت ظرفیت جذب بهعنوان پیشنیاز تحقق منافع اقتصادی هوش مصنوعی تأکید میکند و نشان میدهد که صرف سرمایهگذاری در فناوری بدون توجه به اصلاحات نهادی و توسعه سرمایه انسانی، به افزایش بهرهوری منجر نخواهد شد. تحلیل موردی ایران نیز نشان میدهد که باوجود پتانسیل بالای سرمایه انسانی، ضعف نهادی بهعنوان گلوگاه اصلی عمل میکند. این پژوهش دلالتهای سیاستی مهمی را برای کشورهای درحالتوسعه ارائه میدهد و بر ضرورت اتخاذ یک رویکرد یکپارچه و توالیبندی شده برای سیاستگذاری در عصر هوش مصنوعی تأکید مینماید. کلیدواژهها: هوشمصنوعی، بهرهوری کل عوامل، رگرسیون آستانهای پانل، کیفیت نهادی، سرمایه انسانی، اقتصادهای نوظهور. طبقه بندی JEL: O33, O47, J24 | ||
