| چکیده | ||
| هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی آسیبهای جلسات کاری و تحلیل پیامدهای سازمانی ناشی از این آسیبها در دستگاههای دولتی ایران است تا با نگاهی تحلیلی و کاربردی، چالشها و مشکلات واقعی این جلسات بررسی شده و راهکارهای متناسب با شرایط این سازمانها برای ارتقای کارآمدی و اثربخشی جلسات ارائه شود. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و کاربردی است که دادههای آن از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با ۳۰ نفر از کارکنان، کارشناسان و مدیران دستگاههای دولتی گردآوری شده و با روش تحلیل مضمون و رویکرد تاملی و تفسیرگرایانه تحلیل شده است. یافتهها نشان میدهد جلسات کاری در دستگاههای دولتی با چهار دسته آسیب شامل آسیبهای اجرایی، رفتاری، فنی - محتوایی و ساختاری مواجهاند که هر یک پیامدهای منفی متعددی برای سازمان و کارکنان به همراه دارد. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که آسیبهای مطرح شده موجب گسست در چرخه تصمیمگیری تا اقدام، افت انگیزه و کاهش اثربخشی سازمانی، تضعیف سرمایه اجتماعی و اعتمادسازمانی، اتلاف منابع فکری و زمانی، کاهش کیفیت تصمیمگیری و تشدید فشار روانی و فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان میشود و اصلاح بنیادین نظام جلسات کاری برای ارتقای کیفیت و بهرهوری کلان سازمان ضروری است. | ||
