| پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی ساختاری علائم وسواسی جبری بر اساس ذهنیسازی با میانجیگری تحملناپذیری عدم قطعیت و شفقت به خود در دانشآموزان انجام گرفت . این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشآموزان دورههای متوسطه اول و دوم شهر کرج در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 بود . نمونهای متشکل از 397 دانشآموز (260 دختر و 137 پسر) با بهرهگیری از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای وسواس فکری-عملی کودکان (فوا و همکاران، 2010)، ظرفیت ذهنیسازی (دیمیتریویچ و همکاران، 2017)، شفقت به خود (نف و همکاران، 2003) و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی (کارلتون و همکاران، 2007) بود. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزارهای SPSS-27 و AMOS-24 انجام شد. یافتهها نشان داد ذهنیسازی (18/0-=β)، شفقت به خود (50/0-=β) و تحملناپذیری عدم قطعیت (26/0=β)، اثر مستقیم و معناداری بر علائم وسواسی-جبری داشت (01/0> P). همچنین ذهنیسازی بر شفقت به خود (67/0=β) و تحملناپذیری عدم قطعیت (59/0-=β)، اثر مستقیم و معناداری داشت (01/0> P). در نهایت ذهنیسازی از طریق شفقت به خود و تحملناپذیری عدم قطعیت (49/0-=β) بر علائم وسواسی-جبری اثر غیرمستقیم و معنادار داشت (01/0> P). این نتایج نشان میدهد تقویت ظرفیت ذهنیسازی و پرورش شفقت به خود در دانشآموزان میتواند راهبردی مؤثر برای کاهش علائم وسواسی-جبری باشد. برایناساس، طراحی برنامههای آموزشی مبتنی بر این دو مؤلفه میتواند به پیشگیری و ارتقای سلامت روان نوجوانان کمک کند. | ||
