| هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه اثربخشی برنامهی آموزشی خود تنظیمی هیجانی بر هیجانهای مثبت یادگیری و جدیت تحصیلی دانش آموزان پایه ی ششم ابتدایی بود. در این راستا، در یک روش نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل 30 دانشآموز پایه ششم ابتدایی شهر تبریز در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 با جدیت تحصیلی و هیجانمثبت تحصیلی پایین بر اساس نقطه برش مقیاسهای محقق ساخته جدیت تحصیلی سلیماپورعمران و هیجانهای پیشرفت پکران و همکاران به صورت در دسترس و داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. این افراد به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش 15 نفره گمارده شدند. بسته مداخلهای خود تنظیمی هیجانی طی 8 جلسة 45 دقیقهای (هفتهای یک جلسه) در طول 3 ماه فقط بر گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از مداخله مقیاسها را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که مداخله خود تنظیمی هیجانی بر جدیت تحصیلی و هیجانهای مثبت تحصیلی به صورت معنیداری بر دانشآموزان اثربخش بود. بر این اساس میتوان نتیجه گرفت که با توجه به موثر بودن مداخله خود تنظیمی هیجانی بر جدیت و هیجانهای مثبت تحصیلی آموزش آن برای این گروه از دانشآموزان پیشنهاد میشود. | ||
