| چکیده | ||
| The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between organizational learning and job engagement with the mediating role of Islamic work ethics among employees of the Education Department of Iranshahr. The research method is descriptive-survey type, based on structural equations, and the statistical population included all employees of the Education Department of Iranshahr, 2500 people. The sample size was estimated to be 331 people based on the Krejci and Morgan table using the random simple sampling method. To collect data, standard questionnaires of organizational learning by Gomzh et al. (2005), job involvement by Mirzakhani et al. (2023) and work ethics by Eslami Ali & Alkazemi(1988) based on the Likert scale were used, and the content validity was approved by the professors of the group, and the reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha as 0.755, 0.773 and 0.793, respectively. The statistical software SPSS 23 and SmartPLS 3 were used to analyze and analyze the data. The research findings showed that organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on job involvement (β=0.585, t=4.396). Also, Islamic work ethics had a positive and significant effect on job engagement (β=0.644, t=2.610). In addition, organizational learning had a positive and significant effect on Islamic work ethics (β=0.801, t=8.038). The results of the main hypothesis also showed that organizational learning through Islamic work ethics has an indirect and significant effect on job engagement (β=0.515, t=2.645, P<0.05) and the organizational learning variable was able to explain 46.8 percent of the variance in job engagement. | ||
