چکیده | ||
پژوهشهای سازمانی مثبت نگر یکی از جدیدترین نحله های مطالعات سازمانی در هزاره سوم محسوب میشوند. بر این اساس، پدیده بهروزی سازمانی به عنوان شالوده تفکرات مثبتگرایی در سیستمهای پویای سازمانی مطرح شده است. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که مدل تحقق بهروزی سازمانی چگونه مدلی است؟ بنابراین پژوهشگر پس از تشریح مبانی نظری بهروزی سازمانی، فرایندی از متغیرهای درون سازمانی که مبین چگونگی شکلگیری بهروزی سازمانی در سازمانهای دولتی هستند را به بوته مفهوم سازی و آزمون میگذارد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 1853 نفر از کارکنان رسمی و پیمانی ستادی در دو سطح مدیریتی و کارشناسی شاغلین 23 دستگاه اجرایی مشمول بودجه جاری انتخاب شده است. حداقل اندازه نمونه مورد مطالعه 318 نفر است که از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدهاند. پژوهشگر برای تعمیمپذیری نتایج، 15% به آن افزوده و در نهایت 355 پرسشنامه تکمیل شد. به منظور گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای پژوهش از طریق مدل معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر توسط نرمافزار لیزرل انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش ضمن تأیید مدل مفهومی، متغیرهای شناسایی شده را در فرایند شکلگیری بهروزی سازمانی موثر میداند. | ||
