چکیده | ||
یکی از آرمانهای تمامی ملتها و جوامع را توسعه و دستیابی به سطح بهتری از زندگی تشکیل میدهد. لذا، امروزه کاهش نابرابریهای منطقهای، به عنوان چالشی اساسی در مسیر توسعه، مورد توجه دولتها است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل بومی برای ارتقاء سطح توسعهیافتگی استان سیستان و بلوچستان با رویکرد توسعه پایدار، انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و توسعهای، و از نظر روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و ترکیبی از مطالعات کتابخانهای و میدانی میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در روش دلفی، خبرگان آگاه به موضوع بودهاند که از میان آنها تعداد ۸۰ خبره با روش نمونهبرداری گلوله برفی انتخاب شده است. برای آزمون مدل ارائه شده نیز، جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه شاغلان دارای تحصیلات عالی در استان سیستان و بلوچستان بودهاند که با استفاده از روش نمونهبرداری قضاوتی، تعداد ۳۸۲ نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده و دادههای مورد نیاز بهوسیله پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمعآوری گردیده است. روایی سازه، به وسیله تحلیل عاملی تأییدی ارزیابی گردیده است. پایایی ابزار تحقیق با روش آلفای کرونباخ برابر ۰٫۹۶۸ بهدست آمده است که نشاندهنده قابلیت اعتماد قابل قبول پرسشنامه میباشد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری مناسب و با کمک نرمافزارهای SPSS و آموس منجر به ارائه مدل و نشاندهنده برازش مطلوب مدل ارائه شده میباشد. همچنین، مشخص شده است که متغیرهای اجتماعی، اقتصادی، و زیستمحیطی، با توسعه پایدار در استان همبستگی معنادار دارند. | ||
