چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر مطالعه و بررسی تأثیر قابلیتهای نوآوری فناورانه بر عملکرد نوآوری در شرکتهای دانش بنیان میباشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد بوده که برای سنجش پایایی آن از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری دادهها، از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی میباشد و بر حسب روش نیز جزء تحقیقات کمی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شرکتهای دانش بنیان مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری داشگاه تهران بوده و حجم نمونه 126 شرکت میباشد که برای به دست آوردن حجم نمونه از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای استفاده شده است. از آزمون مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری برای بررسی تأثیر قابلیتهای نوآوری فناورانه بر عملکرد نوآوری بهره گرفته شد. یافتهها نشان میدهند که قابلیتهای برنامهریزی استراتژی، تحقیق و توسعه، تخصیص منابع، بازاریابی و یادگیری میتوانند به طور قابل توجهی عملکرد نوآوری را بهبود بخشند. همچنین قابلیتهای تخصیص منابع و تحقیق و توسعه نیز به طور قابل توجهی میتوانند به بهبود معرفی محصول جدید منجر شوند. این در حالی است که قابلیت تولید و قابلیت سازماندهی تأثیر معناداری بر عملکرد نوآوری در شرکتهای دانش بنیان در پارک علم و فناوری دانشگاه تهران ندارد. | ||
