چکیده | ||
دنیای امروز دنیای سازمانهاست و نیروی انسانی به عنوان یک مزیت رقابتی در بین سازمانها بهشمار میآید. به همین منظور، نگهداری از این منبع مهم از وظایف هر سازمانی میباشد. لذا، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی پیشرانهای نگهداشت نیروی انسانی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند و همچنین، بررسی تأثیر هر یک از این پیشرانها بر نگهداشت نیروی انسانی در این دانشگاه است. این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی است که به شیوه توصیفی–پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژهش شامل کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند میباشد که از این میان، تعداد 143 نفر با استفاده از نمونهگیری قضاوتی بهعنوان اعضای نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل دو پرسشنامه محققساخت بوده است. روایی پرسشنامهها با استفاده از روایی محتوا مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی آنها نیز با کمک آلفای کرونباخ 98/0 و 95/0 بهدست آمد. تحلیل دادهها در محیط نرمافزاری SPSS 23 و Smart PLS 3 و با استفاده از روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری، آزمون تیتکمتغیره، و آزمون فریدمن انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد؛ پیشرانهای سازمانی، محیطی و فردی بر نگهداشت نیروی انسانی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند تأثیرگذارند و از بین 18 عامل نگهداشت نیروی انسانی، سبک مدیریت و رهبری در رتبه اول و بهعنوان مهمترین عامل و فرصتهای محیطی در رتبه آخر و بهعنوان کم اهمیتترین عامل شناخته شده در نگهداشت نیروی انسانی در این دانشگاه میباشند. | ||
