چکیده | ||
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، طراحی مدل نوآوری باز در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط فعال در صنایع مواد غذایی کشور و اعتبارسنجی مدل مذکور بوده است. برای نیل به این هدف، از روش ترکیبی متوالی اکتشافی استفاده شد که دادهها در دو مرحله جمعآوری شد. در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش دادهبنیاد، از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختیافته با 25 نفر از خبرگان که با روش نمونهگیری نظری انتخاب شدند، دادهها جمعآوری و با استفاده از طرح نظاممند استراوس و کوربین کدها و مولفههای نوآوری باز بهدست آمد و در قالب مدل مفهومی داده بنیاد تدوین گردید. بر مبنای یافتههای حاصل از مرحله کیفی، پرسشنامه و مدل اولیه طراحی شد که پس از سنجش روایی (لاوشه) و پایایی آن (آلفای کرونباخ، 93/0)، این پرسشنامه از طریق مشارکت 371 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان شرکتهای مواد غذایی (روش نمونهگیری طبقهای متناسب) اجرا گردید و یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد، بیشترین پیشبینیکنندگی مدل نوآوری باز، مربوط به استراتژیهای تسهیلگری با مقدار 3/62 و کمترین درصد مربوط به استراتژیهای فرصتهای فنآورانه با مقدار 5/30 میباشد، همچنین اعتبار مدل تحقیق، از طریق شاخصهای مدل معادلات ساختاری مورد سنجش قرار گرفت که نتایج آن حاکی از برازش قابل قبول برای همه شاخصهای مذکور بوده است. | ||
