چکیده | ||
امروزه ارائه راهکارهایی برای جلوگیری از فساد اداری یا کاهش آن به یک موضوع اساسی در مدیریت دولتی تبدیل شده است. عوامل متعددی بر فساد اداری در بخش دولتی موثر هستند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر انگیزه خدمت محور و تعهد کارکنان بر فساد اداری در بخش دولتی می باشد. این تحقیق، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری آن عبارت است از کلیه کارکنان سازمانهای دولتی شهربابک به تعداد 600 نفر که با لحاظ امکان عدم برگشت همه پرسشنامهها، 260 نفر (10 درصد بیشتر از حجم نمونه جدول مورگان) بهعنوان نمونه به شیوه طبقهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، سه پرسشنامه استاندارد بود که پایایی پرسشنامهها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ با مقادیر 87/0 ، 90/0 و88/0 و پایایی ترکیبی 88/0 ، 91/0 و 87/0 تأیید شد. روایی پرسشنامهها نیز براساس شاخص AVE با مقادیر 58/0 ، 64/0 و 53/0 و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی تأیید گردید. یافتههای پژوهش با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزار لیزرل نسخه 5/8 حاکی از آن است که انگیزه خدمتمحور با نقش واسطهای تعهد کارکنان، تأثیری منفی بر فساد اداری دارد. همچنین انگیزه خدمتمحور بهطور مستقیم بر فساد اداری تأثیر منفی دارد. نتایج این تحقیق، موید این امر است که انگیزه خدمتمحور میتواند بستری مناسب برای ایجاد راهکارهای ضد فساد در بخش دولتی فراهم آورد. | ||
