چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه و بررسی تأثیر رهبری تحول آفرین بر تحلیل رفتگی شغلی از طریق نقش واسطه ای سرمایه روان شناختی در میان معلمان انجام پذیرفته است. این پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی است و به طور مشخص مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری (SEM) اجرا میشود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان مرد مقطع ابتدایی شهر زاهدان در سال تحصیلی99-98 به تعداد 512 نفر بودند که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 217 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقهای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه های رهبری تحول آفرین باس و آولیو (1997)، سرمایه روان شناختی لوتانز (2007) و مقیاس فرسودگی شغلی مسلش (1981) استفاده شد. جهت تعیین روایی ابزارهای تحقیق از روایی محتوایی و جهت تعیین پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که به ترتیب 72/0، 83/0 و 82/0 برآورد گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها توسط نرم افزار Spss 22 و Lisrel 8/80 صورت گرفت. یافته های تحقیق اثر منفی و معنادار رهبری تحول آفرین و سرمایه روان شناختی بر تحلیل رفتگی شغلی را نشان داد. همچنین تأثیر مثبت و معنادار رهبری تحول آفرین بر سرمایه روان شناختی مشاهده شد. تأثیر واسطه ای سرمایه روان شناختی در رابطه رهبری تحول آفرین با تحلیل رفتگی شغلی معلمان نیز به تأیید رسید. | ||
