چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش تعیین و اولویتبندی عوامل سازمانی موثر بر توسعه حرفهای اعضا هیئتعلمی میباشد. روش پژوهش با توجه به هدف از نوع کاربردی و ازنظر شیوه گردآوری دادهها، آمیخته اکتشافی است. در بخش کیفی برای تعیین عوامل سازمانی تاثیرگذار بر توسعه حرفهای، 34 پژوهش داخلی و خارجی با استفاده از روش فراترکیب شناسایی و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و بر این اساس ابزار گردآوری دادهها تهیه گردید، روایی ابزار با استفاده از روایی سازه و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. سپس جهت تعیین اهمیت این عوامل در بخش کمی، ازنظر اعضا هیئت علمی و مدیران گروههای آموزشی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان استفاده گردید (650=N). حجم نمونه در این بخش با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 242 نفر تعیین گردید که به روش تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. بر اساس نتایج فراترکیب، 15 مولفه سازمانی موثر بر توسعه حرفهای اعضا هیئتعلمی شناسایی شد که اهمیت آنها ازنظر اعضا هیئت علمی و مدیران گروههای آموزشی نیز مورد تأکید قرار گرفت. این مولفهها بر اساس ماهیت در پنج طبقه ساختار سازمانی، تکنولوژی، جوسازمانی، منابع سازمانی و استراتژی دستهبندی شدند؛ منابع سازمانی در بالاترین رتبه و عامل تکنولوژی در جایگاه پایینتری نسبت به سایر عوامل قرار گرفتند. به نظر میرسد 15 مؤلفه استخراجشده در این پژوهش میتوانند نقش بسزایی جهت توسعه حرفهای اعضا هیئت علمی ایفا نمایند لذا ضروری است در برنامههای توسعه مؤسسات آموزش عالی مورد تأکید قرار گیرند. | ||
