چکیده | ||
امروزه سازمانها به صورت سیستمهای باز نگریسته میشوند که اگر از یادگیری و ایجاد تغییرات احتراز نماید، به مرور زمان با اینرسی سازمانی و نهایتاً ناکارامدی سازمانی مواجه میشوند، از این رو هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش بیتفاوتی سازمانی بر اینرسی سازمانی با در توجه به نقش میانجی سکوت سازمانی میباشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر جمع آوری دادهها از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه کارکنان رسمی و پیمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان میباشد که از طریق روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده، با توجه به جدول مورگان و فرمول تعداد شاخصها در معادلات ساختاری 469 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. دادههای پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه جمعآوری گردید که جهت تحلیل آنها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزارهای Spss و Amosاستفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که بیتفاوتی سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر اینرسی سازمانی دارد و همچنین یافتهها حاکی از تاثیر مثبت و معنادار سکوت سازمانی بر اینرسی سازمانی و نقش میانجی آن میباشد. با توجه به پیامدهای مخرب اینرسی سازمانی در بلندمدت که موجب عدم پاسخگویی به تغییرات محیطی، کاهش کارایی، افزایش هزینهها و کاهش درآمد سازمان، کاهش سرعت فعالیتها و برنامه ریزی اقتضایی ضعیف میگردد، سیاستگذاری صحیح مدیران در برخورد با بیتفاوتی سازمانی و سکوت سازمانی منجر به پویایی سازمان و تطبیق سازمان با تغییرات محیطی میشود | ||
