چکیده | ||
مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز به تمام فعالیتهای درگیر در توسعه، اجرا و نگهداری سیستمی گویند که با هدف آماده کردن کارکنان یک سازمان سبز هدفگذاری شده است. در واقع شیوههای مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز تاثیر مثبتی بر عمکلرد زیست محیطی از طریق فعالیتهایی مانند کاهش ضایعات و بازده سازمانی دارد، اما نقش میانجیگر فرهنگ سازمانی در رابطه بین مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و عملکرد سازمان به میزان کافی مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته است. در این پژوهش تاثیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر فرهنگ سازمانی سبز و عملکرد محیطی بیمارستانها بررسی شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه اعضای هیات علمی دو دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مادر در استان سیستان و بلوچستان است که اطلاعات از طریق نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده به حجم نمونه 217 نفر جمعآوری شد. در جمعآوری اطلاعات مرتبط با متغییرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه روسکو و دیگران استفاده شد که پایایی و روایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی سنجش شد. برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شده است. یافتهها بیانگر آن است که مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر فرهنگ سازمانی سبز و عملکرد محیطی بیمارستانها تاثیر مثبت و معنیداری دارد و فرهنگ سازمانی سبز بر عملکرد محیطی بیمارستان به صورت معنیداری تاثیر میگذارد. | ||
