چکیده | ||
در مواجهه با فشارهای درون و برون سازمانی برای تطبیق و اجرای فعالیتهای سازگار با محیطزیست؛ توجه به مفهوم سبزینگی مطرح شده است. مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و رفتار سبز نمونهای از اینگونه اقدامات هستند. از اینرو، هدف از پژوهش، بررسی نقش مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر عملکرد زیستمحیطی بیمارستانها با تأکید بر نقش میانجی تعهد سازمانی میباشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری دادهها از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از مدیران و کارکنان بیمارستانهای دولتی شهر بوشهر بودند و نمونه آماری پژوهش 430 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه استاندارد مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز شن و بنسون (2016)؛ تعهد سازمانی کیم و همکاران (2019) و عملکرد زیستمحیطی فایلی و همکاران (2014)؛ در مقیاس پنج گزینهای لیکرت بود. روایی پرسشنامه از نظر محتوایی و سازه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و پایایی نیز با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بزرگتر از 7/0 محاسبه گردید. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از نرمافزارهای آماری SPSS و LISREL مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر عملکرد زیستمحیطی و تعهد سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین، متغیر تعهد سازمانی نقش میانجیگری بین مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و عملکرد زیستمحیطی بیمارستانها دارد. | ||
