چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی پیامدهای مسئولیت اجتماعی در سازمانهای ایرانی با استفاده از رویکرد فراتحلیل است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، توصیفی و از نظر نوع استفاده، کاربردی میباشد. جامعه مورد بررسی پژوهش، مقالات چاپ شده در زمینه مسئولیت اجتماعی در ایران از سال 1390 تا 1400 بود که 56 مطالعه با استفاده از پروتکل تعریف شده، به عنوان نمونه وارد فرآیند فراتحلیل شدند. این پژوهشها با استفاده از نرمافزار CMA2 (نرمافزار جامع فراتحلیل) مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها نشان دادند از بین پیامدهای مسئولیت اجتماعی در سطح فردی، به ترتیب، متغیرهای تناسب فرد با سازمان (0.904)، نوعدوستی (0.619) و رفتار مشتریمدارانه (0.557)، دارای اندازه اثر بالا (بیش از 0.5) هستند. از بین پیامدهای مسئولیت اجتماعی در سطح سازمان، به ترتیب، متغیرهای هویت سازمانی (0.940)، فرهنگ (0.785)، اعتماد سازمانی (0.653)، بالندگی سازمانی (0.631)، مزیت رقابتی (0.597)، ارزش برند (0.564)، عملکرد مالی (0.528) و تصویر برند (0.506) دارای اندازه اثر بالا میباشند. همچنین، از بین پیامدهای مسئولیت اجتماعی در سطح برونسازمانی، به ترتیب متغیرهای مشروعیت سازمان (0.826)، اعتماد عمومی(0.595)، کیفیت ادراک شده (0.531) و عملکرد زیستمحیطی(0.531)، دارای اندازه اثر بالا هستند. | ||
