چکیده | ||
استفادۀ گردشگران از مسیرهای شهری جزو لاینفک گردشگری در فضاهای شهری است و گردشگران از مسیرهای شهری برای رسیدن به مقصدهای موردنظر استفاده میکنند. سردرگمی در مسیریابی، موجبات احساس نامطلوب و تسهیل مسیریابی، رضایت گردشگر و بازدید مجدد را فراهم میسازد. با وجود اهمیت موضوعات مرتبط با رفتار گردشگران در فضاهای شهری، فقدان پژوهشی که همۀ عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار مسیریابی گردشگران در شهرهای گردشگری را مورد بررسی قرار داده و درک جامعی از مسیریابی گردشگری ارائه کند، احساس میشود؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر رسالت و هدف اصلی خود را در مشارکت در بدنۀ دانش در حوزۀ مطالعات رفتار مسیریابی گردشگران و شناسایی همۀ مؤلفههای مؤثر بر این رفتار در فضای شهری در راستای پُرکردن این شکاف تحقیقاتی و برنامهریزی و طراحی سیستم مسیریابی کارآمد، متناسب با رفتار مسیریابی گردشگران قرار میدهد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، بنیادی است و بهدنبال پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار مسیریابی گردشگران شهری چیست؟ برای پاسخگویی به سؤال تحقیق از روش فراترکیب و الگوی هفتمرحلهای سندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) استفاده شدهاست. متون مورد نظر در نرمافزار مکسکیودا نسخۀ 10 کدگذاری شدند. مطابق با نتایج بهدستآمده، مسیریابی گردشگری بهدلیل آشنایی محدود گردشگران با محیط و ادراک متفاوت، فعالیتی پیچیده بوده و به عوامل متعددی وابسته است. تسهیل مسیریابی گردشگر نیازمند توجه توأمان به 5 مقولۀ اصلی عوامل سفر، ویژگیهای گردشگر، عوامل ادراکی، عوامل محیطی و ابزارهای راهنما است. یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند برای درک رفتار مسیریابی گردشگران و بهبود محیطهای مسیریابی و تجربۀ سفر و رضایت گردشگران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||
