چکیده | ||
بررسی اثرات اندازه دولت بر فرار مغزها به عنوان عاملی مهم در فرایند توسعه و رشد کشورها نقشی تعیین کننده دارد و جنبهها و حوزههای مختلفی در کشورهای در حال توسعه همواره متأثر از این مقوله بوده است. بر همین اساس یکی از مهمترین اهداف برنامهریزان اقتصادی کوچک ساختن اندازه دولت به منظور جلوگیری از مهاجرت نخبگان در جوامع مختلف است. از طرفی کشورهایی با سطح و اندازه گسترده دولت شاهد فرار مغزها و مهاجرت استعدادهای خود میباشند. در این پژوهش برآنیم تا به بررسی اثرات اندازه دولت بر فرار مغزها طی سالهای 2018-2002 و مبتنی بر دادههای مراکز رسمی آمار اقتصادی از قبیل دادههای بانک جهانی و دادههای مهاجرت در کشورهای در حال توسعه بپردازیم. روش اقتصادسنجی مورد استفاده روش گشتاورهایتعمیمیافته است. نتایج نشان میدهد وقفه اول فرار مغزها و اندازه دولت اثری مثبت بر فرار مغزها در کشورهای در حال توسعه داشته و رفاه اجتماعی، ثبات سیاسی، بهداشت و سلامت عمومی اثری منفی بر فرار مغزها داشته است. | ||
