چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط شیوه های مقابله با استرس و سلامت روان در دانشجویان ایران و هند بود. نمونه مورد پژوهش 400 دانشجو ازایران( دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان) و 400 دانشجو ازهند( دانشگاه علیگر مسلم) بود.پرسشنامه شیوه های مقابله با استرس اندلر و پارکر(1990)و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی کلد برگ و هیلر (1979)بود .از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.همبستگی منفی بین شیوه مقابله متمرکز بر مساله با سلامت روان(GHQ) و همبستگی مثبت بین شیوه مقابله متمرکز بر هیجان با سلامت روان GHQ))با 99% اطمینان مشاهده شد.اما بین شیوه مقابله اجتنابی وسلامت روان (GHQ)همبستگی مشاهده نشد.شیوه مقابله متمرکز بر هیجان در گام اول و شیوه مقابله متمرکز بر مساله درگام دوم به عنوان پیش گوی کننده سلامت روان(GHQ) وارد معادله رگرسیون شدند.اما شیوه مقابله اجتنابی پیشگویی کننده ای برای سلامت روان (GHQ)نبود. | ||
