چکیده | ||
Researchers in the field of education have focused on the teacher's job performance and the factors influencing it. This study aimed to explore the predictive role of teachers' self-efficacy and educational optimism on their job performance. A descriptive-correlational study was conducted on 150 teachers (120 women and 30 men) in the Bonjar region of Sistan and Baluchistan province. Three questionnaires were utilized to assess teachers' self-efficacy beliefs, academic optimism, and job performance. Data analysis was performed using the multiple and linear regression method in the SPSS 27 program. The results revealed a moderate correlation coefficient of 0.36 between academic optimism and job performance. Furthermore, a strong correlation of 0.72 was found between teachers' self-efficacy beliefs and job performance. The research findings suggest that academic optimism and self-efficacy have a significant and positive impact on teachers' job performance. Strengthening teachers' self-confidence and educational optimism can enhance their job performance, ultimately improving the efficiency of teachers and the overall teaching and learning process, which is essential for creating a better world. | ||
