چکیده | ||
اقتصاد سیاسی از جمله شاخههای علوم اجتماعی است که به بررسی کیفیّت و میزان دخالت دولت در اقتصاد میپردازد و تحلیل چگونگی رابطه میان اقتصاد و سیاست را با توجّه به شرایط و ویژگیهای سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی هر جامعه مورد توجه قرار میدهد. هند از جمله کشورهایی است که با ایجاد تحوّلاتی در حوزه ی اقتصاد سیاسی و اعمال دگرگونیهایی در سیاستهای داخلی و سیاست خارجی خویش توانسته است به رشد و توسعه ی اقتصادی چشمگیری دست پیدا کند و در رده ی قدرتهای برتر منطقهای قرار گرفته و در جهت تبدیل به یک قدرت جهانی حرکت نماید. مدّعای این پژوهش اینست که محوریّت واقع شدن توسعه ی انسانی در کنار تقـویت بخش خصوصـی از یک سـو، و تغییـر در سیاست "عـدم تعهـّد" و اتخـاذ استـراتـژی واقعگرایی در سیاست خارجی به منظور ارتقای منافع ملّی از سوی دیگر، زمینه ساز تحقّق جهشهای اقتصادی این کشور و تبدیل آن به یک قدرت عمده ی جهانی شده است. | ||
