This study aims to investigate the impact of job support on job performance, with the mediating role of responsibility and job creativity among the employees of the Education Department in District 1 of Zahedan. This descriptive-correlational research included all 85 employees of the Zahedan District 1 Education Department in 2021 as the statistical population. Given the small population size, all 85 employees were included in the study as the sample. Data were gathered through library and field methods. In the field method, questionnaires on job support by Spooner (2004), job performance by Patterson (1922), responsibility by Gilbreth (2010), and job creativity by Jazi and colleagues (2003) were used. Data analysis was conducted using multivariate regression tests in SPSS-21 software. The results indicated that job support, responsibility, and job creativity have a direct impact on the job performance of employees in the Education Department of District 1, Zahedan. Furthermore, job support indirectly affects job performance through responsibility, and similarly, job support indirectly impacts job performance through job creativity. Thus, job support influences job performance with the mediating roles of responsibility and job creativity among employees in the Zahedan District 1 Education Department. | ||
