| چکیده | ||
| در سالهای اخیر مصرف انرژیهای کم کربن در بسیاری از کشورهای در حال توسعه و توسعه یافته برای حفاظت از محیط زیست افزایش یافته است. انرژی هستهای با انتشار کربنکم و پتانسیل تولید برق در مقیاس بزرگ، به عنوان یک گزینه مناسب برای برآوردن نیازهای رو به رشد انرژی کشورها و در عین حال کاهش اتکا به سوختهای فسیلی ظاهر شده است. با این حال، ادغام انرژی هستهای در یک چارچوب اقتصادی پایدار، تابع عوامل نهادی مختلف است. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی تأثیر کیفیت نهادی بر رابطهی بین مصرف انرژی هستهای و رشد اقتصادی در کشورهای منتخب OECD (سازمان همکاری اقتصادی و توسعه) با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای تابلویی در بازه زمانی سالهای 1995 تا 2022 میپردازد. یافتههای این مطالعه نشان میدهد که در بلندمدت، مصرف انرژی هستهای تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر رشد اقتصادی دارد. لذا زمانی که انرژی هستهای به طور موثر در ترکیب انرژی یک کشور ادغام شود؛ علاوه بر اینکه میتواند وابستگی به سوختهای فسیلی را کاهش دهد، میتواند به رشد اقتصادی نیز کمک شایانی کند. علاوه بر این، کیفیت نهادی در بلند مدت تاثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر رشد اقتصادی دارد. بنابراین نهادهای قوی و با عملکرد خوب، نقش مهمی در تقویت رشد اقتصادی دارند. اما کیفیت نهادی اثر انرژی هستهای بر رشد اقتصادی را در بلندمدت محدود میکند؛ این نتیجه نشان میدهد که اگرچه نهادهای قوی برای به حداکثر رساندن مزایای انرژی هستهای ضروری هستند، اما میتوانند چالشهایی را از طریق الزامات نظارتی سختگیرانه یا ناکارآمدی در اجرا تحمیل کنند. | ||
