| چکیده | ||
| همکاری بینسازمانی، به ویژه در حل مسائل عمومی، در دنیای امروز یک ضرورت است اما به دلیل آمیخته بودن با پیچیدگیها و مشکلات، برخی از سازمانها تمایلی به آن نشان نمیدهند؛ بنابراینشناخت پیشرانهایی که سازمانها را برای همکاری ترغیت کرده و دستیابی به آن را تسهیل نماید، جهت طراحی و ایجاد مشارکتهای موفق حایز اهمیت است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی پیشرانهای همکاری بینسازمانی در ادبیات موضوع و تدوین یک مدل مفهومی از این پیشرانهاست. پیشرانهای همکاری بینسازمانی عموماً به شکل پراکنده و نامنسجم در ادبیات وجود دارند؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش فراترکیب سعی در تجمیع این عوامل و دستهبندی آنها و تدوین یک مدل مفهومی از پیشرانها نموده است. با توجه به مراحل روش فراترکیب، در مرحله اول جستجو، 268 مقاله در حوزه همکاری بینسازمانی از منابع به دست آمد که بر اساس معیارهای ورودی در دو مرحله 83 مقاله و سپس 32 مقاله وارد مطالعه فراترکیب گردید. پس از کدگذاری اولیه و مقولهبندی ثانویه مقالات توسط نرمافزار MAXQDA، 44 پیشران در 3 مقوله اصلی محیط، مساله و مشارکتکنندگان شناسایی، و در یک سلسله مراتب سه سطحی، چارچوببندی گردید. همچنین پیشرانهای مشترک میان دستهها، جهت تبیین بهتر موضوع شناسایی شد. احصای پیشرانهای همکاری بینسازمانی از مقالات متعدد و ادبیات نامنسجم و پراکنده و دستهبندی آنها در سه سطح و توصیف همپوشانی دستههای اصلی، نوآوری این پژوهش محسوب میشود و یک مقدمه ضروری برای انجام مطالعات بعدی در این حوزه است. | ||
