| چکیده | ||
| The statistical population included all education managers and teachers in Ahvaz, Bavi, and Karun. The research method is a descriptive survey type and, given the importance of the research topic, it was conducted in a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) manner. In the first phase of the research (qualitative), the method of judgmental and snowball sampling was used, with which 16 teachers and expert administrators were interviewed for exploratory purposes. In the second phase (quantitative), 386 teachers and education administrators answered the questionnaire questions using a simple random method using the Krejci and Morgan table. In the first phase, the interview results were analyzed using the directional and summary content analysis method, and in this part, the initial conceptual model of the research was obtained. In this part, 8 concepts and 36 codes for general characteristics and 7 concepts and 45 codes for specialized characteristics were obtained for the selection of teachers and the appointment of administrators. In the second phase, the researcher-made questionnaire was prepared based on the indicators obtained in the first phase, and its results were analyzed using a one-sample t-test. All concepts had a score above 4 (higher than the criterion number -3), and therefore the results showed that the mentioned characteristics are of great importance for the selection and appointment of teachers. | ||
