| چکیده | ||
| هدف این پژوهش، تبیین رفتارهای شهروندی تحصیلی بر اساس سرمایه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی با توجه به نقش واسطه‌ای توانمندی‌های منش بود. این پژوهش ازنظر روش‌شناسی، توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجو-معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان یزد در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بود. حجم نمونه 360 نفر در نظر گرفته شد که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند و از این تعداد 352 نفر در پژوهش شرکت کردند. ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های سرمایه فرهنگی (CCQ)، سرمایه اجتماعی خانواده (FSCQ)، سرمایه اقتصادی خانواده (FECS)، رفتار شهروندی تحصیلی (ACBs) و توانمندی‌های منش (BST) بودند. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS26 و AMOS نیز استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی (27/0β =) و توانمندی‌های منش(45/0β =) به‌طور مستقیم رفتارهای شهروندی تحصیلی دانشجویان را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند، در حالی‌که سرمایه فرهنگی (14/0-β =) تأثیری منفی و در آستانه معناداری داشت و سرمایه اقتصادی (005/0-β =)پیش‌بینی‌کننده معناداری نبود. همچنین نتایج بوت‌استرپ نشان داد سرمایه اجتماعی (05/0P <)از طریق میانجی‌گری توانمندی‌های منش اثر غیرمستقیم مثبت و معناداری بر رفتارهای شهروندی تحصیلی دارد، اما اثرهای غیرمستقیم سرمایه اقتصادی و سرمایه فرهنگی (05/0P >) از طریق این میانجی معنادار به دست نیامدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که توانمندی‌های منش مهم‌ترین عامل تبیین‌کننده رفتارهای شهروندی تحصیلی است و سرمایه اجتماعی، هم به‌صورت مستقیم و هم غیرمستقیم، نقش مؤثری در شکل‌گیری این رفتارها دارد. | ||
