| چکیده | ||
| در دهههای اخیر، ظهور دولت دیجیتال و توسعه فناوریهای نوین، تحولی اساسی در نحوه اداره امور شهری و تعامل با شهروندان ایجاد کرد. در این میان، داشبوردهای شهری بهعنوان ابزاری کلیدی برای نظارت، تحلیل و تصمیمگیری هوشمند در شهرهای هوشمند شناخته شدند. هدف این پژوهش، طراحی و پیادهسازی یک داشبورد هوشمند شهری با رویکرد مردمی و در بستر دولت دیجیتال بود که بتواند با تحلیل و یکپارچهسازی دادهها، به ارتقای کیفیت مدیریت شهری کمک کند. این مطالعه از نوع کاربردی، با رویکردی اکتشافی و به روش فراترکیب انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مقالات منتشرشده در بازه زمانی ۲۰۲۰ تا ۲۰۲۵ در پایگاههای علمی خارجی (Scopus, Emerald, Web of Science) بود که با بررسی و تحلیل محتوای ۶۸ مقاله منتخب، دستهبندی جامعی از مؤلفههای کلیدی این داشبورد استخراج گردید. یافتهها منجر به شناسایی ۲۶ مؤلفه اصلی در قالب ۸ بُعد کلیدی شامل مشارکت هوشمند و حکمرانی دیجیتال، محیطزیست پایدار و مدیریت هوشمند منابع، حملونقل هوشمند و تحرک پایدار، زیرساختهای هوشمند و خدمات یکپارچه شهری، سلامت هوشمند و رفاه اجتماعی، امنیت هوشمند و حریم خصوصی دیجیتال، اقتصاد هوشمند و گردشگری دیجیتال، و تحلیل هوشمند و تصمیمسازی در مدیریت شهری شد. نتایج نشان داد داشبورد طراحیشده، با بهرهگیری از فناوریهایی چون اینترنت اشیاء، کلانداده، یادگیری ماشین و پردازش ابری، بستری تعاملی برای تحلیل، پیشبینی و تصمیمسازی در اختیار مدیران و شهروندان قرار داد. این مدل، علاوه بر افزایش شفافیت، بهبود خدمات عمومی و تقویت مشارکت شهروندی، ابزاری پویا برای ارزیابی عملکرد، مدیریت منابع، و برنامهریزی راهبردی در مسیر تحقق شهرهای هوشمند پایدار فراهم کرد. . | ||
