رابطه اخلاق حرفهای با کفایت اجتماعی و عملکرد شغلی مطالعه ی کارکنان سازمان فنی و حرفه ای شهرستان زاهدان | ||

چکیده | ||
یکی از متغیرهای اساسی در رفتار سازمانی ،عملکرد شغلی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه اخلاق حرفهای با کفایت اجتماعی و عملکرد شغلی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی است که به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای تعداد 123 نفر از کارکنان سازمان فنی و حرفهای شهر زاهدان در سال 1395 از طریق سه پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفهای گریگوری ، کفایت اجتماعی فلنر و عملکرد شغلی پاترسون مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با کمک نرمافزار SPSS21 استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که اخلاق حرفهای و مولفههای آن، شامل دلبستگی و علاقه به کار، پشتکار و جدیت در کار، روابط سالم و انسانی و روح جمعی و مشارکت در کار، با کفایت اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند (01/0p <). همچنین نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که اخلاق حرفهای 6/39 درصد از واریانس کفایت اجتماعی را تببین میکنند که از بین مولفههای اخلاق حرفهای، مولفهی پشتکار و جدیت در کار و روح جمعی و مشارکت در کار،از توان پیشبینی کنندگی بیشتری برخوردار بودهاند (05/0p <). دیگر یافتهها نشان داد که اخلاق حرفهای و مولفههای آن: دلبستگی و علاقه به کار، پشتکار و جدیت در کار، روابط سالم و انسانی و روح جمعی و مشارکت در کار با عملکرد شغلی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند (01/0p <). همچنین نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که اخلاق حرفهای 3/38 درصد از واریانس عملکرد شغلی را تببین میکنند که از بین مولفههای اخلاق حرفهای ،پشتکار و جدیت در کار و علاقه و دلبستگی به کار از توان پیشبینی کنندگی بیشتری برخوردار بودهاند (05/0p<). با توجه به یافتهها میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که کارکنانی که اخلاق حرفهای بالاتری دارند به همان نسبت نیز از احساس کفایت اجتماعی و عملکرد شغلی بالاتری نیز برخوردارند. | ||
