چکیده | ||
هدف از تحقیق حاضر اداره اثربخش امور شهری با ارتقاء شایستگیهای محوری در شهرداری زاهدان براساس الگوی معادلات ساختاری است. روش اجرای پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-پیمایشی و طرح پژوهش همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را افراد شاغل در شهرداری مرکزی زاهدان، مناطق پنجگانه و 13 سازمان وابسته تشکیل میدهند. در این پژوهش از فرمول تخمین نمونه کوکران استفاده شده است. روش نمونهگیری مورداستفاده، نمونهگیری از نوع خوشهای – طبقهای است. یافتههای تحقیق حاکی از آن است که اثر مستقیم پشتیبانی ساختاری بر توسعه ارتباطات سازمانی شهروند محور، شایستگیهای تیم محور و بهرهمند از خرد جمعی، شایستگیهای مرتبط با بازآفرینی و کارآفرینی شهری، شایستگیهای درک و شناخت علمی پویاییهای محیط شهری، شایستگیهای مرتبط با زیرساختهای فناورانه، شایستگیهای مرتبط با توسعه شهر الکترونیک و هوشنمندسازی خدمات شهری معنی دار است. علاوه براین اثر مستقیم سبک رهبری مشارکتی بر ارتباطات سازمانی، تیم محوری، کارآفرینی شهری، پویایی محیطی، زیرساختهای فناورانه، شهر الکترونیک و توانمندسازی معنیدار است. همچنین توسعه ارتباطات سازمانی شهروند محور، شایستگیهای تیم محور و بهرهمند از خرد جمعی، شایستگیهای مرتبط با بازآفرینی و کارآفرینی شهری، شایستگی های درک و شناخت علمی پویاییهای محیط شهری،شایستگیهای مرتبط با زیرساختهای فناورانه، شایستگیهای مرتبط با توسعه شهر الکترونیک و هوشمندسازی خدمات شهری، توسعه شایستگیها و توانمندیهای اجتماعمحور بر راهبردهای سازمانی اجتماع محور و توسعه ظرفیتها و قابلیت های شهروند الکترونیک مثبت و معنادار است. | ||
