چکیده | ||
این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر تناسب ضعیف فرد با سازمان بر تمایل به ترک خدمت با توجه به نقش میانجی فرسودگی شغلی و تعدیلکننده معنویت در 6 ماه اول سال 2017 میپردازد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و برحسب روش گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی - پیمایشی و از نوع پژوهشهای همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر 1450 نفر، شامل کارکنان حوزه ستادی وزارت آموزش و پرورش در استان تهران میباشد. برای محاسبه حجم نمونه از جدول کرجسی و مورگان استفاده شده و با توجه به این که در هر پژوهش امکان دارد تعدادی از پرسشنامهها برگشت داده نشود، 335 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامهای با طیف لیکرت 5 گزینهای بین آنها توزیع و310 پرسشنامه قابل استفاده جمعآوری گردید. تحلیلهای آماری به کمک نرم افزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS انجام میشود. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که تناسب ضعیف فرد با سازمان بر تمایل به ترک خدمت و فرسودگی شغلی، و فرسودگی شغلی بر تمایل به ترک، اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد، اما معنویت تأثیر تناسب ضعیف فرد با سازمان بر فرسودگی شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی بر تمایل به ترک خدمت را تعدیل نمیکند. | ||
